On one of our client’s site, there were issues of poor quality of products, declining customer base, theft and inaccurate sales accounting. These issues were due to staff dishonesty and pilfering. We were commissioned to provide a suitable solution to these issues.
A Sales Monitoring System was designed, test and installed which monitored the sales process taken place and gave an accurate reading of the sales of the day. This also led to improved quality of the products and staff accountability.
