This project involved managing the operation of Base Transceiver Station (BTS) or Cell site for Telecommunication Companies.
This involved routine maintenance activities and also round the clock monitoring of the various BTS or cell sites from a central Network Management Centre (NOC). The monitoring, checks the operating condition of various systems/equipment in the sites to ensure that they are performing at the required optimum points. If any issues or faults are identified, actions are put in place for speedy resolution.
These actions can be either remote operation or sending technical personnel on site for investigation and repair. The running of this project involved technical, resource and logistical management, but was carried out to the client’s requirement and satisfaction.
